The Indian Express Group recently concluded the 19th edition of the Express Technology Sabha held at Kochi from February 18-21, 2016.
The audience were from the Government sector comprising of IT Secretaries from major states, NIC representation, Directors/Secretaries from IT Departments, GoI IT Heads from defence establishments etc.
