Rittal is a German Company Headquartered in Herborn. The Company Manufactures Electrical enclosures for use in industrial settings. Founded in 1961, Rittal is a subsidiary of the Friedhelm LoH Group. The name Rittal is derived from the places where the company was founded – Rittershausen in Dietzhölztal
The Challenges
Eplan was using Tally. So master data validation, correction and upload was a challenge. So was training the end users as they were new to SAP- Identifying the appropriate approving authority in Eplan was a challenge

Rollout the Rittal HCM process into Eplan- Implementation of temporary workers with Rittal full time
- Canteen management - gets linked to the salary component for the amount of food items the employees consume
Solution highlights
- Replicating the Rittal HCM scenarios to Eplan (newly acquired company). Eplan had Tally so master data had to be updated and migrated into the newly rolled out HCM system
- Temporary workers can punch in and out and the timings will be captured in SAP HCM payroll system which will get refle
- Canteen management - gets linked to the salary component for the amount of food items the employees consume
