- Effective co-ordination with internal & external stakeholders to ensure project execution within delivery timelines & scope
- Manage customer relationships by regular personal interactions, front ending for all customer orders as SPOC once PO released by client till implementation closed.
- Organize kick off meeting, weekly / periodic project review meetings with customer & update clients with regular project trackers
- Maintain highest level of customer satisfaction
- Sensitize potential customer escalations proactively & take timely actions to prevent escalations.
- Monitor Service delivery delays / deviations, analyze them & close gaps through improvement plans.
- CCNA knowledge
